Modelpress is not a reliable source. It shouldn't be used to cite Dakota's age, especially when there are other records indicating that she is significantly older than her agency claims. –Sebanderson (talk) 19:25, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Sebanderson: If you want to change the birthdate, you need to have a reliable source, otherwise the Modelpress source stays. Please keep in mind WP:DOB when editing. I'm well aware of a police report stating her actual age, but that information has not been supported by a reliable source and court records may violate WP:BLPPRIVACY. lullabying (talk) 18:59, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
No, if you want to keep the birthdate, you need to find a better source. I do not intend to violate WP:BLPPRIVACY or WP:BLPPRIMARY, and neither should you. WP:BLPRS says information that is unreliable, contentious, or poorly sourced "should be removed immediately and without discussion," and unfortunately, Modelpress simply does not meet Wikipedia's verifiability standards. –Sebanderson (talk) 19:59, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
