Clarification of "liberal" and "secular"

My edit might seem bizarre outside of America, but I cited the Pakistan Daily News in an article dealing with American vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's pastors. Some Wikipedia editors objected that the Pakistan Daily News was not known as a reliable source (by Americans) and the Wikipedia Article on Pakistan Daily News asserted that the paper was "biased" in that it is "liberal" (as in the slur "Liberal Media" used by Fox News to indicate left leaning bias). and "secular", which has connotations of siding on an American debate related to teaching "creationism" in biology classes on "evolution" (Palin does not believe global warming is caused by humans and is politically allied with creationists). I cited the Pakistan Daily News because, on the contrary, it is more reliable than most American media. Also, what was called "controversial" regarding the editorials, would be viewed as "basic common sense" outside of Pakistan. EricDiesel (talk) 04:39, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Current trepidation in Pakistan

Allah almighty has created innumerable creatures for different purpose . Everyone has reverence and rights to live down lives according to their will. Recently, heart-wreching incident took horrible place in Punjab college Lahore where a girl namely, kinza saleem has been raped by rapscallions at educational institutes. She was orphan and only child of her parents. Students of punjab college protested against this shameful act, but their endeavours were in vain, because the Punjab police did not made any suitable efforts to arrest person who was real culprit. This incident creates obstacles and hardships in the way of acquiring education in colleges. It also can be said any iota of a doubt that parents will definitely prevent their girls to get education due to rape cases . Kinza saleem was a lodestar of a country,but some cruel people have done bad acts . Being sister, brother,father and uncle we can think that how much had she put up pain in hospital and in college? It means that people consider girls as a playing toy. Do the teaching of Islam teaches us these things or deter us to commit in illegal act? Are they Muslims who have been accused by in this crime? Astonishingly, police is hiding realities and proof . Police wants to protect brutels and also they have plotted against shinning starts of the Islamic republic of Pakistan . To conclude, the government should make immaculate efforts to maintain peace and arrest them immediately so, that students may get education then our country will see the dawn of peace .
