[edit]So most of the dong of Gangnam-gu actually have multiple dong within them. Daechi has four, so let's talk about how to approach all the various dong articles using this one as a prototype. For instance, should we make four smaller maps? Or just one labelled one? Is it necessary? For now, I'm going to make four sections on this page. DaronDierkes (talk) 06:11, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
- Nice work.. I've been meaning to make more Seoul pages, esp. around Gangnam, but never got round to it. I've wikified / cleaned up as appropriate, need to be careful with trivia about local buses and department stores which are travel / city guide territory rather than encyclopedic. There is a hilarious line in a Bundang article about the fact that "Many call taxis are available which will take you to your destination for a fee". Well I never... It's also a stretch to make an unsourced claim that any given area in Seoul is especially famous for hagwon, you simply get more and better hagwon in more densely populated and affluent areas, of which Daechi is both. Ah yes, the sub-dong... Seems there must be a simple way to point out their location on the map, beyond that there isn't much to say about the individual sub-dong themselves. Either a caption below and / or colors on the map would probably do the trick. I've summarized their locations in the main article. I think Daechi station is the geographic nexus of the 4 dong? I'm too hanguled out for one day to double check. Deiz talk 12:22, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
