New additions?

[edit]

There are two Indian specific usage of the word Dada:

  1. The Bengali word for brother, more commonly used to show affectionately address any older man. And also popularised outside Bengal as the nickname of Sourav Ganguly, the most successful Indian Cricket captain. Ganguly is from Bengal.
  2. Tamil slang for a small time gang lord or head of rowdies.

Can these be added to the disambiguation page?

I guess so, they would most likely be useful sometime. Ryan 08:40, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
