2000 - OBE - wore ISYF jacket to meet with the Queen I did not add it to the article... even membership is prejudicial... the ISYF was flagged as a terrorist organization.
2002 - Spokesman for the Sikh Secretariat
2004 - Spokesman for the Sikh Secretariat
2008 - National Co-ordinator for the Sikh Secretariat

The Secretariat was active before and after the formation of SF.
Perhaps I overvalue the civil honors list, but it seems rather noteworthy.

I argue this is sufficient to separate him from the SF article.
