Claim that D-band is limit of electronic oscillators

[edit]

In this article there is the claim that "This D-Band lies at the approach to upper frequency limit of contemporary electronic oscillator technology, between 110 and 170 GHz. [Citation needed]" Given the fact that people can create CMOS oscillators at 500-600 GHz frequencies, it seems to me that this is just not correct. I will remove it soon, if nobody objects. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TheUnnamedNewbie (talkcontribs) 09:23, 22 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

D-Band (RF communications)

[edit]

For RF communications CEPT has defined D-Band for RF to be from 130GHz - 174.8GHz.
