Because our internal WP:DABSTYLE guidelines recommend a separate link to the primary topic at the top of a disambiguation page. And someone decided that daylight saving time is the "primary topic" for the initialism "DST". --DavidCary (talk) 18:08, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
