Total produced 231
[edit]According to German Wikipedia only 200. How does the author here come to 231? Proof? Good Source: Brian Rampp, Dieter Bäzold, Frank Lüdecke: Die Baureihe E 94 – Das deutsche „Krokodil“. EK-Verlag, Freiburg 1994, ISBN 3-88255-840-7.
- In fact using page http://www.elektrolok.de/Kurzprofile/194.htm and using the numbers on 9. Mai 1945:
- DB: 76
- ÖBB: 51
- SBZ and Upper Silesia: 23
- Total: 150
- DB from year 1957 (maximum amount): 124
- ÖBB from year 1956 (maximum amount): 47
- SBZ and Upper Silesia:
- End of 1946: (24 including 3 Locos from RBD Breslau which is not clear where they were at that time) 21, then ALL electric Locos had to be turned over to the Soviet Union
- returned from Soviet Union: 25 (maximum number)
- from December 1961: 23
So maximum numbers total:
- DB: 124
- ÖBB: 47
- DR: 25
Total: 196 (this does not include war casualties, but 231 is way out of line) The statistic list on http://www.elektrolok.de/Kurzprofile/194-statistik.htm where ALL locos are LISTED mentions 201! 151.136.144.155 (talk) 08:27, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
