[edit]PLease mention in the article that "DLA Disposition Services is the largest reverse logistics provider in the world handling over $28 billion in materials in an average year".
Please also mention that priorities for allocation of military hardware are set by US Congress under <Public Law (P.L.) 94-519,10 U.S.C. 381> and cross reference to your http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Property_and_Administrative_Services_Act_of_1949.
Might also mention that the issue of military hardware to Law enforcement activities is mandated by 10 U.S.C. Section 2576a
Also - please remove the portion about improper waste disposal in Iraq or clarify that DLA Disposition Services was never found to have disposed of waste improperly.
