Notability of DICE framework
[edit]While the DICE framework is a creation of Boston Consulting Group, it is a tool that has become relatively widespread by program management offices and other steering groups as means of determining how likely a project is to succeed in achieving its aims -- so it is not an internal process of a single organisation. It has also been referenced in many books, some of which will be added to the article to assist in the claim of notability. Also please note, that I have no connection to Boston Consulting Group.
