Missing Indians Hero
[edit]I added all of the missing players who were voted as the heroes. Also arranged the list alphabetically by team. I missed the Indians Hometown Hero. The choises were Earl Averill, Larry Doby, Bob Feller, Nap Lajoie, or Tris Speaker. I think it was Feller but I'm not sure. IceDrake523 01:33, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
All-Century Team and HOF
[edit]What was the purpose of noting the players who were part of the All-Century Team? It was not a similar event as this. I removed it until a suitable explanation can be provided.
The same goes for the Hall of Fame. Why is this necessary? The information on the players' Hall of Fame status can be provided in their individual article. Again, I removed it until an explanation is provided. IceDrake523 05:04, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
What is this???
[edit]"On September 27, 2006, Major League Baseball announced a list of players, one from each team, voted by MLB fans" - A list of players who what???? This page has to explain what the list of the players is. Is this the best player from each franchise? I'd be happy to write it, but I have absolutely no idea what this list is, and the entry does nothing to explain it. This page should either be re-designated "List of players who were DHL Hometown Heroes" (or something similar) or some explanation of what the list is should be added or, if neither of these can be done for some reason, the entry should be deleted. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sunshipballoons (talk • contribs) 17:58, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
