Vandalism
[edit]I've reverted about a week's worth of seemingly unrelated vandalism to this article. I know absolutely nothing about this group, or the difference between "the snap dance" or "The Pool Palace", hopefully another editor can fix this. I just reverted to the last revision that did not appear to be complete vandalism, or an unsourced remark disputing the origins of the dance. Sphivo 17:58, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
removed the editorial about the contreversey since it was never a big issue.
Ones of D4L's lead rapper's (Fabo) brought a whole new meaning to Dem Franchise Boyz song "Lean with it rock with it". In the "Laffy Taffy" video Fabo rocks so damn hard to the beat of the song he nearly breaks his spleam with doing so. All I gotta say is "gurl shake dat laffy taffy".
Merging song articles
[edit]I suggest merging the song and album articles linked from here with this article. A band with one hit in two years is barely notable (see WP:MUSIC); the individual songs and albums are definitely not in themselves. --Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 21:44, 16 December 2005 (UTC)
I agree with you, sounds fine to me. (js)
- MERGE per Pablo (Signed: J.Smith) 09:37, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
- I dont agree with this, songs have there own pages... I think the songs page should be expanded..
Down For Life
[edit]Isn't their album titled "Down For Life," as seen on its cover, and not "Down 4 Life?" I think the page the album page should be retitled.
Fair use rationale for Image:D4l press white f.jpg
[edit]Image:D4l press white f.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:11, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
Shawty Lo
[edit]Somebody should create an article about Shawty Lo and his album "Units In The City".. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.12.66.87 (talk) 15:50, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
Misleading Lyrics
[edit]I heard Laffy Taffy encouraged 8-year-olds to buy Willy Wonka Laffy Taffy products. The poor little kids probably didn't know the song was about a woman's woo-hoo. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.171.37.115 (talk) 22:10, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
