I don't think the "extremely slack" generalization should be there since string tension is determined by a combination of tuning, string gauge, and scale length together. 96.237.184.185 (talk) 19:06, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It's not an article of drop D♭? Erlandinho (talk) 21:37, 28 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

To answer this 5-years old question from Erlandinho, there was an article for drop D♭ tuning, but it was deleted a long time ago due to no sourcing. Now I wish that article wasn't deleted and there were sources so people wouldn't keep adding Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park to D♭ tuning. They've never used that tuning, they used DROP D♭ tuning. End of story....SirZPthundergod9001 (talk) 12:17, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong. Bizkit only used drop Db on Results May Vary (cos' original guitarist is not on that album), main tuning on the first albums was Standard Db (although he used a 7 string guitar for some strange reasons). Erlandinho (talk) 15:54, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Oh OK. Linkin Park still have never used Standard Db though....SirZPthundergod9001 (talk) 23:18, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
