Use of possessive "s" in Cyzicus's name

The Manual of Style recommends changing the phrasing of certain words ending with "s" to something like "the [noun] of [name]". Could anyone please tell me if this applies to Cyzicus?--Thylacine24 (talk) 20:30, 4 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
