Opinions on an external link
Hi there. I recently removed an external link because the linked document was a class paper (albeit a large one) and didn't appear essential to the article. Someone has reinserted the link as an in-text linkout. The site is http://www.academia.edu/1977823/CUSTOMER_SATISFACTION_A_CENTRAL_PHENOMENON_IN_MARKETING.
