This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Masami Masuda is a well known artist in his field. He simply has not been recognized in more recent years due to inactivity which is why finding references for the page is difficult. I believe he is definitely well known enough to warrant the creation of a Wikipedia article for people to learn more abut him.
