Railway track gauge

Tha article states that there is an eleven-inch track gauge. Can someone give a link to its definitition (that is: saying it is 11 inch indeed)? 11 in is a very rare gauge, so if it is defined as such we'd like to add it to the {{Track gauge}} list.
