== Film? == I do not know much about Malian film history, but I do know abut and have seen the remarkable work of Souleymane Cisse. His feature Yeelen won a Grand Jury prize at Cannes in 1987. It is a very important film in the genesis of Mali's film history and in "African" film language. Cisse, at least, should be added to this page. 21:40, March 29, 2009. isprawl |
