The image File:NBC logo.svg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Does this say anything that wouldn't belong instead in the older article, culture industry?

I have no idea who you are, but I'm guessing you're the guy who did the redirect? -Zeus-uc 15:22, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I did. You may want to note that the article was proposed for deletion, and I removed the proposed deletion redirected it, because we already have an article about this concept at culture theory, which mentions the same authors and set of ideas. They seem to be about the same thing, which suggests either that the other article was missed when this one was begun, or that this is a content fork that may not be needed. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 15:50, 9 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This article goes into the specifics of the culture industry thesis concepts not explicitly mentioned in the other article --TsangA8 (talk) 20:54, 14 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The copyrighted images have been removed--TsangA8 (talk) 20:56, 14 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
