Country Music

Cud also describes a specific family of country music that is particulary "twangy." Examples include Brad Paisley's "I Love to Fish," Tracy Byrd's "Drinking Bone," and Kenny Chesney's "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy."

I haven't ever heard of this, and a websearch produces no uses of this idiom. If anyone has some sources, great, otherwise it should be kept out. Ziggurat 09:51, September 11, 2005 (UTC)

some simplicity

[edit]

I came to this article after wondering what "chews the cud" means right? Well after reading the article through 3 times i still have no idea. Perhaps this article needs a simple explanation of what cud is? And then it can go into detail.

Motion is seconded. All I wanted to know was what the hell cud is. I still have no idea after reading this article. Perhaps a brief summary paragraph before the technical jargon?

What Cud is Cud is the food an animal with more than one stomach eats, such as hay, that comes up to its mouth to be chewed agian to move on to the next stomach. In the case of a hay eating animal cud is a green gooie substance. Sign My Guestbook! User:Sumsum2010 01:55, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
