Title
[edit]Should the definite article be part of the title? Peter I. Vardy (talk) 07:56, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
- No, don't think so. --Ettrig (talk) 08:06, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
- All of the references use it as a title ie "The Cross Bath", but I'd be happy for it to be moved to Cross Bath, Bath or even Cross Bath (because Bath,Bath is clumsy) and there don't seem to be any others - hopefully it would then comply with the MOS.— Rod talk 18:19, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
- But in the text of the references it almost always reads "the Cross Bath". I've had a look on Google and even some of the titles found there are just "Cross Bath". Also I could not find a Google link to any other "cross bath", so IMO "Cross Bath" would be the best title.--Peter I. Vardy (talk) 11:10, 20 March 2010 (UTC)

I think the first sentence should say what kind of object the Cross Bath is (building?) and what it is used for (bathing). The wikipedia article about bath does not say that it is a building to bathe in. Is it? A pool to bathe in? As in bird bath. I am surprised to find such a mundane part of the English language that I know so little about. --Ettrig (talk) 08:06, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
- I've added a few words hopefully explaining.— Rod talk 18:19, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
