Student essay and potential move

Just a note that I removed some recent student edits if folks want to pick over them here. @Ian (Wiki Ed), I didn't see you had started to reformat a little bit of the text until after I removed it all. A lot of the text didn't particularly seem tied to the references (didn't see their malformed citations at first), so I thought it was best to remove and work from old diffs if anything was going to be restored.

That said, this is all pretty much covered already at Pest_control#In_agriculture,_horticulture,_and_forestry. Crop protection is more of an industry term in agriculture when everyone else says pest control or pest management so if anyone isn't strongly opposed, I could do a redirect there after awhile. This doesn't really strike me as a standalone topic outside of existing articles on the subject. KoA (talk) 19:25, 30 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
