The Post published student reviews, with photographs, from the very first year. Ottawa, Canada has had the cappies for close to two years now. I'm not sure about other cities but it seems pretty clear to me that it's here in Ottawa to stay. --GD 16:25, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
