- I'd like to support a merger, although I'm surprised that the nominator failed to give any reasons. Penal code is simply another way of sating criminal code, albeit in a somewhat more arcane manner. Having two separate articles makes no sense. — Blue-Haired Lawyer 14:16, 7 February 2010 (UTC)
