Hotch
[edit]Why is a Thomas Gibson fan allowed to keep editing him back into this page? He's been fired, and even if he does appear in a few episodes, he's not a main character anymore.
- That is not your call to make. Its up to the show to consider what to call him. If they call him a main character he is. - GalatzTalk 22:24, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
- First, I am not "a Thomas Gibson fan". Gibson was fired, yes. But he is still part of the show. His departure from the show hasn't been confirmed on the show and, until then, he should be where he is. Callmemirela 🍁 {Talk} ♑ 23:15, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
"His departure from the show hasn't been confirmed on the show..." Huh? ABC and CBS have released a statement verifying that Gibson and his character are gone. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.169.201.235 (talk) 03:03, 13 August 2016 (UTC)
http://www.ew.com/article/2016/08/12/thomas-gibson-fired-criminal-minds The producers of the long-running series on CBS announced Friday that the 54-year-old actor, who’s played Aaron Hotchner on the drama since it launched in 2005, will not return to the show when it returns for its 12th season on Sept. 28. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.169.201.235 (talk) 03:05, 13 August 2016 (UTC)
- Plenty of sources also state that he will appear in the first two episodes. As for your first comment, Hotch has not departed from the show. He is still part of it. And until he is officially gone, Gibson should remain in the cast list. Callmemirela 🍁 {Talk} ♑ 03:20, 13 August 2016 (UTC)
