To Writer
[edit]I have edited this article throughout to deal with the licensing issue. I have removed quite a few paragraphs to either totally rewrite the wording or because it was too based on personal feeling and opinions as opposed to a piece about "corruption in Bangladesh. It came across as if written by a victim of corruption...Anyway, I copied and pasted what I removed below so you can see or decide what you would like to do about it.
I have also added a number of wikilinks wherever I thought appropriate.
At the end, I have copied your Top 10 problems list...Can you refine it some more and cite where this comes from?
Removed: Corruption means to draw any profit or benefit that goes against law and harms others interest. Corruption done by many ways like bribery, favoritism, extortion, fraudulence and deception etc. Corruption is a social crime. Capitalistic economic system, unequal distribution of wealth, gap between wealth and poverty, economic insolvency, high living cost, unemployment are the social and economical causes of corruption.
Removed The public sector in Bangladesh is ridden with corruption of various dimensions and shades. In a poor and underdeveloped country like Bangladesh the effects of corruption in economy and politics are very devastating. If government officials are corrupt people do not get good service from them. If politicians and policy-makers are corrupt. It affects country's overall development. By corruption a group of people earn lots of wealth and lead luxurious life. This creates social gap between poor and rich people. Corruption in the educational system lowers down standard of education. All this corruption seriously harms the image of our nation and also create economic and social crimes.
Removed It is also a social problem. Due to corruption only a group of people gain but a majority of people suffer. It has became a serious national problem. we must remove the problem from the society.
Removed Bangladesh has been sinking deeper into the abyss of corruption. The country received yet another blow with the recent withdrawal ..
Removed For the greater interest of the country and the people, the political parties must reach a gentlemen’s agreement as to whoever the accused is/are, he/she/they must be brought to book irrespective of his/her/their political affiliation and they must provide all required support towards the fight against corruption.
