[edit]There is no evidence anywhere on this website, nor in the Creighton Athletic Department that supports the claim that the Bluejay women were ever members of the Western Athletic Conference even if it was just for basketball. (message entered by Spoofjay, but not signed)
- Check the media guide at the school's offical athletic site. The sections that show this information are section ten pg.13[1] and section eleven pg. 5[2]. Additionally, the WAC's website has the women's basketball media guide available for viewing. In in on page 14 of the records section[3] you can view team records in which Creighton is mentioned as a member during the early 1990's. If you read on Creighton is mentioned several times. Hope this info helps. Evill72 05:22, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- Well I'll be, it does show Creighton on the third source given. I'll have to do some fact finding tomorrow at work (I work at Creighton) and see if I can dig anything up in the athletics office. (message entered by Spoofjay, but not signed)
