Kick off
[edit]Hi, this is Joe. I started this page on Creative Financing, because it is a very important real estate and investing related topic that is of special interest to many thousands of investors.
As you can see, I have created a number of sub-topics and am working on filling them in. Creative financing is a very extensive topic and I would like to welcome other experts knowledgeable in this field to assist in expounding on these topics. Of course you already know, you're welcome to add content, but not advertisements. So you may want to save your adds for Creative Financing courses for another site.
Let's make this an interesting and educational topic. --JoeSeo (talk) 14:51, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Added to Subject-to
[edit]Joe,
I added some material on subject-to. When I get some more time I will scrub it to try to make it a bit better, but this should be a good start.
Thanks for adding this to Wikipedia! Bryan —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.145.1.196 (talk) 22:34, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
Let's add to the content here
[edit]Joe here again, let's pick up where we left off and get this page finished. The we can also start adding the related subjects. You knowledgeable investors out there can help me. Thanks, --JoeSeo (talk) 14:51, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
I know CreativeFinancing101.com covers most of the topics we want to flesh out in this section. Any one up for researching it and summarizing the relevant info? Thanks, Todd —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.23.35.32 (talk) 00:14, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
Flowanda, Please feel free to contribute this page, but I ask you to please not butcher it. It has been created and added to by full time experts on this subject and yes we are going to add to and complete this page. Much appreciated. Thank you, --JoeSeo (talk) 09:56, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
As much as I like to think everything, including Wikipedia, revolves around me, I suggest you first concern yourselves with WP:N, WP:V, WP:RS and WP:SPAM. It's your edits, not editors, that are your problem. Flowanda | Talk 07:38, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
I know the pages well, but sorry your interpretation are less than accurate. Again please feel free to contribute to this page in a useful and constructive way. By the way, from your work on the Short sale page you appear to be interested in that subject, is it something you are experienced with? If so, you are welcome to improve on this topic here. Sincerely, --JoeSeo (talk) 14:51, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
Litigation Funding off topic?
[edit]I fail to see how the litigation funding added to this page applies to the topic of Creative financing. Does anyone else feel it belongs here? If not, we could remove it. --JoeSeo (talk) 14:57, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
Sources and external links cleanup
[edit]Edits I made to remove references and external links not meeting WP:RS and WP:EL were reverted and discussed with enough acrimony, distortion and rearrangement of my comments here and elsewhere that I have no interest in any further editing of this article, although I did add a bankrate.com article to help establish notability. However, I will point out the websites used in existing references section are still no more than non-notable commercial links that do not meet WP:RS. Flowanda | Talk 20:07, 22 March 2009 (UTC) I added some references but really a lot of them are pretty iffy. It's hard to find objective links to justify a lot of what is being said.190.236.75.105 (talk) 22:46, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
