One evening whilst browsing the 'Leeds' category of Wikipedia, I noticed that this article had been nominated for deletion. However, within the City of Leeds, the estate is somewhat of a local legend. Therefore, it is my belief that Wikipedia should make a brief reference to this, so I have modified the article appropriately. Thanks. Cheroyce 00:44, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
I would disagree with everything written on this page, its hardly notorious, infact its one of the better estates, it's no Seacrroft etc. Mtaylor848 (talk) 20:10, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
The Cranmer Bank is a dilapidated council estate situated in Moortown, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The estate is notorious amongst citizens of Leeds due to the high frequency of crime and antisocial behaviour; such events have forced many businesses to relocate.
Being has no one has discussed the removal of the text (which I would dispute strongly), I shall removed it and start rewriting it. Also the page has been wrongly categorised. I would also say the estate was in Moor Allerton and not Moortown. Mtaylor848 (talk) 13:14, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
