Retirement.
[edit]I've heard speculation but had he retired from International Football for good officially? also, has he retired from club football either, or is he hoping out for a A-League contract (unlikely given his age) or a state league contract? Nath1991 (talk) 11:16, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
- Just read a couple of articles confirming it. Nath1991 (talk) 11:18, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
- Got a link for full retirement? I can't find anything, and the statement is currently not sourced for club football. MickMacNee (talk) 20:08, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
Charge, September 2010
[edit]Having some experience with similar inclusions to other articles in the recent past, I believe that it is policy not to report charges or incidents, like this, until some kind of formal conviction is given. If editors are still unhappy about this I would be willing to bring up at the BLP notice board for experienced editors to overview. Monkeymanman (talk) 11:06, 19 September 2010 (UTC)
- I guess it goes on how notable the entire incident is. If it happened here in Australia it'd probably wouldn't be that notable - however because it happened in a foreign country, where the laws regarding alcohol are quite strict, it probably is a lot more notable - although it will probably depend on what sentence he is given. Highly doubt he'll be given a warning at most. When he's officially sentenced there should be a section, however, for the meantime probably not. If it's regarding notability, because he's finished his career, and it won't have a big impact on his career, it's probably less notable then a issue ala Sebastian Ryall who had a different charge regarding a completely different matter, however has affected his career.
