Requesting information to be added on name origin of Crépy-en and relation to Crepon or de Crepon name (familie)

I have put my request basically in the subject, thank you. I'm a Crepon, one of only about 93 on this planet today and very curious as to the origins of the name Crepon as in the small village in Normandy, from where my ancestors came.
