    • Comment: If there's a problem, I can maybe propose a new hook; this is only my second DYK nom, so I shouldn't need to do the QPQ.

Since the nom has less than five nominations, this probably can be given a tick now. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 01:08, 21 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
My mistake. The article is ready to go. GreatLakesShips 🤘 (talk - contribs) 04:45, 21 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
DecafPotato It's been 10 days since an issue was raised. Do you not want this promoted anymore? SL93 (talk) 21:18, 12 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
SL93 and RoySmith, hi - I didn't receive a notification for the issue, and thus just didn't see it. If it was something on my end, I sincerely apologize. Regarding the issue, I feel that the phrase "Pixar character" is simply an alternative if people are not familiar with Wall-E specifically, and as for Wall-E, it's sourced in places like the CNET article: "Cozmo felt like a real-life version of Wall-E when I first saw it." Articles like the article by The Verge: "Like Pixar’s adorably anthropomorphic WALL-E, Cozmo falls somewhere between a Mars rover and an animated woodland creature" and the Engadget article: "If you've seen Wall-E, you've already got a good sense of its personality" reinforce this comparison. If you have any further issues, just tell me. DecafPotato (talk) 02:06, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
How about we just match the quotes directly? theleekycauldron (talkcontribs) (she/her) 09:54, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • ALT4: ... that Cozmo the robot (pictured) was described as "somewhere between a Mars rover and an animated woodland creature"?
  • ALT5: ... that Cozmo the robot (pictured) is to have "felt like a real-life version of WALL·E"?
  • Restricting approval for now. I meant to add the hook information to the article after approving the alts, but I later decided that I couldn't do that as the approver. I then proceeded to forget to come back here. DecafPotato, can you add ALT5 to the article? SL93 (talk) 02:20, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
