Whether to merge with "Business method"
[edit]I don't think merging makes sense. The BM article is largely about policy and what social impact business method patents have. This CBM article is about a special (technical) legal procedure in the USPTO, created in the AIA (a US statute) to test the validity of BM patents more cheaply than in district court. The target audiences of BM page and CBM page are different, as are their respective interests. In addition, the CBM article is strictly US while the BM article covers many different countries, not just US. PraeceptorIP (talk) 01:09, 22 July 2015 (UTC)
