[edit]

I tried to improve this stub article by expanding it, but my edits were reverted. I believe it was done due to annoyance of poor writing, not for their value. I'm a WP:NNS. My version is in the history now (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Counterirritant&oldid=1122453430).
@Zefr: I'm glad to see that an administrator of this article is my acquaintance. You are a person able to reach a consensus. But at the same time I see you as a person who does not exert oneself to painstakingly verify sources on Wikipedia and thus does not fully understand the needs of other Wikipedia users. But you take your time to do a lot of work. Tosha Langue (talk) 04:28, 18 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Itchiness needs to be added

[edit]

Not just pain, but itchiness also is treated with counterirritants and counterstimulants. Eczema is an example of such a condition. I won’t add this myself because I don’t have references at hand, so I’ll leave it to those with more detailed knowledge than I. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2400:4052:2001:500:552E:75F4:5E46:F993 (talk) 09:26, 12 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
