Wow. This is terrible. The introduction doesn't even say what it is -- only that it relates to phonetic similarity and confusion. Then the Related Issues section is about hopeless. It really wants rewriting from scratch by someone with familiarity with the subject. First off, someone needs to know, or find out, what the principle actually is. The current article never says.
