"List"
[edit]It's nonsense to give unsourced historical dates for grossly incomplete lists of two countries, a single member of a third country, and links to lists for two more, and to ignore every other one of the previous all-countries-on-Earth. Revised into a list of present-day observances plus links to other historical lists.
Here is the previous historical data if this is ever widely expanded to handle every coronation observance in history:
Country | Monarch | Date |
---|---|---|
Ethiopia | Haile Selassie I | 2 November 1930 |
Thailand | Mongkut | 15 May 1851 |
Chulalongkorn | 11 November 1868 6 November 1873 | |
Vajiravudh | 11 November 1910 | |
Prajadhipok | 25 February 1926 | |
Bhumibol Adulyadej | 5 May 1950 | |
United Kingdom | Anne | 23 April 1702 |
George I | 20 October 1714 | |
George II | 11 October 1727 | |
George III | 22 September 1761 | |
George IV | 19 July 1821 | |
William IV | 8 September 1831 | |
Victoria | 28 June 1838 | |
Edward VII | 9 August 1902 | |
George V | 22 June 1911 | |
George VI | 12 May 1937 | |
Elizabeth II | 2 June 1953 |
Of course, if they go back up they should be in a separate and well sourced list. — LlywelynII 11:50, 18 January 2024 (UTC)
