Why?
[edit]There is already a list of Cornish/Breton twin towns, arranged alphabetically by English place-name and indicating which département in which each Breton town is located (at List_of_twin_towns_and_sister_cities_in_the_United_Kingdom#Cornwall).
Do we really need another list, arranged by Cornish place-name?
If the article had more about Cornwall/Breton relationships and the current state of the Twinnings, it might be much more useful.

- I agree with you and will try to add more on the special relationships between Breton and Cornish towns. As a matter of fact the List_of_twin_towns_and_sister_cities_in_the_United_Kingdom#Cornwall just shows Cornwall as included in other English regions but it's also a celtic nation with close cultural links with Brittany.
