I think it recieves more attention on Feldman's main page, that's why I write it here: The article about his film is very biased, obviously after some uncontrolled edits of an IP address during the last days, and I put a neutrality sign into it – but it definitely needs some rework as a whole. However, English is not my first language and I haven't followed Feldman's claim, so I won't edit anything. --Clibenfoart (talk) 22:46, 15 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Corey's Angels

[edit]

I came across a non-neutral WP:CFORK of this article at Corey's Angels and have redirected it here. In addition to having a rather dubious claim to independent notability, the article was non-neutrally written to the point that a direct merge of content would have been inappropriate. However, it did have some content cited to sources that could potentially be incorporated into this article. Editors interested in seeing if there's anything usable can find the revision here. signed, Rosguill talk 21:14, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello I did some editing to add a little info about the band. I am a journalism student but this is a bit over me. https://www.redwhiteandfyou.com/corey-feldman-is-a-sexual-predator-former-coworkers-speak-out/
This was published yesterday, it contains more first hand accounts of sexual abuse and more from 8 woman who were a part of Corey's Angels: https://medium.com/@factcheckerman/corey-feldman-accused-of-rape-emotional-and-physical-abuse-15bb59ce2c94 --2600:8802:2200:1430:3454:2F90:5655:DAF (talk) 07:26, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
https://medium.com/@factcheckerman/corey-feldman-accused-of-rape-emotional-and-physical-abuse-15bb59ce2c94 Descriptions of tweets and overall article should be added to main page. MisfitBlitz (talk) 09:10, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Not just the tweets about the "Angels" but also him calling underage girls attractive/all tweets, possibly in a separate section. MisfitBlitz (talk) 09:13, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Musician?

[edit]

24.34.33.155 (talk · contribs) keeps removing mention of Feldman as a musician from the lead of the article. AFAIK this mention has been there long-term. If other editors feel it should be removed, please say so here. Thanks! DonIago (talk) 21:08, 30 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

from MOS:ROLEBIO: "avoid overloading the lead paragraph with various and sundry roles; instead, emphasize what made the person notable. Incidental and non-noteworthy roles (i.e. activities that are not integral to the person's notability) should usually not be mentioned in the lead paragraph." I don't think his occasional musical efforts are what he's known for, and the fact that cruft has been there for a while is not a valid argument for keeping it. Jason A. I'm not especially interested in arguing for keeping it myself, I just wanted to make sure there was a consensus before it was removed rather than having an IP doing so unilaterally without even providing an explanation. His work as a musician has apparently gotten some coverage from reliable sources, though I'm not arguing that that means it should be retained either. DonIago (talk) 03:02, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I will probably get banned anyway so, here you go.
Our profession typically requires years of grueling training from childhood onwards. We sacrifice our entire lives to do what we do. (Redacted) 24.34.33.155 (talk) 06:47, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry to disappoint you, but no one's going to "ban" you just for sharing your opinion. But Wikipedia makes decisions based on what verified published sources say, not personal opinions, so it isn't particularly helpful. Jason A. Quest (talk) 11:22, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
BLP across all of Wikipedia, including here. I've redacted the BLP violations above; 24.34.33.155, your opinion is welcome but you need to express it in a way that doesn't attack the subject of the article.-- Ponyobons mots 15:57, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Height

[edit]

Isn’t he 5’ 3”? 75.97.96.211 (talk) 22:21, 24 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed it. No source was provided, and there's no current evidence in the article that Feldman's height is considered significant in some manner. DonIago (talk) 04:02, 25 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
