"Multiple Issues" warning resolution
[edit]there's a warning that says this article relies on primary sources, but this is because the references go to the biography page of the cora Harrison website.
Fortunately, however, the biography page is actually a reproduction of a leading Irish Newspaper.
Therefore, the biographical references need merely to be changed to reference the newspaper itself. Andysoh (talk) 19:30, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
- so with a little help I've added one source (I'm not good at references formatting)
- This needs replacing the biographical source throughout.
- But there's also another source online, which Harrison aimed mainly at children, at
- https://www.bookbrowse.com/biographies/index.cfm/author_number/1793/cora-harrison Andysoh (talk) 20:05, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
- I see the references have been updated.
- I think the warning can now be removed from the page. Any editor here can do it, but better if other editors indicate agreement. Andysoh (talk) 20:25, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
- Actually an improvement would be if, with each reference to a book series, a reference could be added to a review from a reputable website, which can be sourced from Harrison's website. That way, that section would be populated with references. Andysoh (talk) 20:34, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
- I possibly should not be worrying about this but would it help or hinder if we included Tana French's reference to Harrison's work in the New York Times?
- https://www.nytimes.com/2022/11/09/books/dublin-books-read-tana-french.html last year: "Cora Harrison’s mystery series are fun, satisfying, Brother-Cadfael-style reads". It's another high quality reference. Andysoh (talk) 14:26, 30 December 2023 (UTC)
