Sections and nesting

Looking over the table of contents, it feels like sections have been mistakenly nested. Perhaps;

Regulation, Methods used, Compared to social trading, and References could move up to the same level as History?
Study could be renamed to Studies and gain Influence on behavior as a subsection?
