A Couple of Things.
[edit]While doing research for this film, I've noticed several things which I thought I'd bring to attention here before outright adding them to the article:
- Actress Michelle Trachtenberg will play a character who is the daughter of the character played by Bruce Willis and stepdaughter of the character played by Jason Lee.
- A couple people have reported from the certain scenes, such as an article which was featured on News Askew where Smith seems more than happy to let people watch and even interview him.
- Also, numerous images have been uploaded onto numerous sites. I am not one to upload images as I'm not sure about the whole "fair use rationale" and such, but if someone would like to check them out, please contact me, and I'll direct you to them.
- Also, is there a source for Mark Consuelos? Perhaps it was on the radio interview, which I didn't catch, but I believe it should have a source.
- And lastly, do we have any information on the Cullen Brothers? They don't have a page, but I haven't tried any extensive searching for them, does anyone have any reliable, sourced information? It would probably be great for the article.
That's pretty much it. If I think of anything else, I'll add it here. Please say whether or not any of these things should or should not be in the article.
This movie drags on and on. It doesn't feel like 2 hours, it feels like an eternity.
Thanks all. --HELLØ ŦHERE 03:08, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

Cop Out (2010 film) → Cop Out (film) — There is no page for any film named Cop Out so the 2010 part seems unnecessary. Crazy4metallica (talk) 01:15, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
- Although there is no film with that link, there is a red linked article from an apparent 1991 film with the same title. I believe this is the reason for the move in the first place. --HELLØ ŦHERE 01:18, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
The title Cop Out (2010 film) appears to be a case of preemptive (over-)disambiguation from other redlinked movies listed at cop out, a practice that has approval in certain cases. I have noted this discussion at WT:Naming conventions (films) to gain more input. — AjaxSmack 07:16, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
- Can there be an article created about the 1991 film? If there can, we should just create a stub and keep the 2010 film's name as is. If we can't, it should be at Cop Out (film). Erik (talk) 08:28, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
- Possibilities for conflicting titles:
- Stranger in the House: IMDb tt0061515; 1967 film first released in the UK, then released as Cop-Out in the USA in 1968. Already red-linked in Cop-Out (1967 film) in cop out; probably should be redirected. ABC and and Buena Vista Pictures are attached to this film, so it's probably notable, and it already has a Wikipedia article.
- Cop-Out (1991 film): IMDb tt0161457; about 102 minutes; nobody famous catches my eye off the bat; the star was only in one other film; a review on IMDb says it's an American International Pictures release; AIP was (in)famous for low-budget movies; LaserDisc: Image Entertainment (ID 2783 AI, 1994-09-21). Only way this would meet WP:MOVIE is if AIP releases are considered major enough.
- My gut reaction: Keep the title as Cop Out (2010 film), not necessarily because of the 1991 film, but because of the 1967 film that might get linked as "Cop-Out (film)" because of its US title. --Closeapple (talk) 08:35, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
- Oppose it is a title used for the film "Strangers in the House", which we have an article for. 70.29.210.242 (talk) 13:04, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
