CT vs UTC

- This article is about the general subject of 'coordinate time'. There are many different coordinate times in use. As far as I can tell the 'coordinate time' used by JPL is based on their own coordinate system. The JPL site says that it is always within 0.002 sec of Terrestrial Time.
