What's Torquil Road? I live in Coolbellup and I can say for pretty sure that there's no road with that name, and according to the 2004 Streetsmart directory there's no road with that name anywhere in the Perth metropolitan area. I googled it and there's a couple of hits for the Coolbellup Day Care Centre at 219-221 Torquil Rd... that's just up the road from me and I'm pretty sure that's the one at around 219-221 Winterfold Rd (the street numbers seem right). I'm deleting the reference to Torquil Rd unless there's a reason not to.

Also, the southern boundary is both Forrest Rd and the Roe Hwy reserve; there's a small triangle of land, a few hundred metres long, that's NW of the Forrest Rd / North Lake Rd intersection, but is actually in Bibra Lake like the area south of Forrest Rd and east of Stock Rd. Considering the Roe Hwy reserve west of Kwinana Fwy was deleted in 2001, this area may in the future become part of Coolbellup... that's a matter for the City of Cockburn or DOLA I imagine.
