Fair use rationale for Image:Coogans Bluff.jpg
[edit]Image:Coogans Bluff.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Image copyright problem with Image:CBHelicopter2.jpg
[edit]The image Image:CBHelicopter2.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Bar fight description & body count
[edit]Instead she takes Coogan to a pool hall where he is attacked by Pushie and a dozen men in a bloody battle. Coogan holds his own for a while but is eventually overpowered.
OK, I watched this scene in slow motion and I don't count a "dozen men". The most I count is ten involved in the fight.
After hearing sirens the men take off, but not before the beaten Coogan kills Pushie and two others.
I don't agree that he kills Pushie. According to the close captioning, Pushie is moaning in pain while 2 detectives hover over him. Also, there is only man who is confirmed dead by a detective. You could make the case that the guy hanging out the window is dead, but he could still be alive and unconscious. Also, there is second man on the floor and one of the officers is hovering over him, which also seems to allow for this man being unconscious and not dead.
And the idea that Coogan "kills" the other men is pejorative. If they died, it was justifiable since Coogan was defending himself. Also, Coogan could have finished Pushie off with the billiard ball, but he doesn't.
Thoughts on this?
Coogan finding Linny after the bar fight in her apartment
[edit]Coogan finds Linny and threatens to kill her if she does not lead him to Ringerman.
I watched this scene and Coogan did not threaten to kill her. He beats her up and puts her in a stranglehold and then punches a hole in the wall near her head, but he wants to know where Ringerman is. There is no dialogue at all that he was threatening to kill her.
