Merger
Yeah, merge 'em. I'd say redirect "contingent fact" to "contingency."
I agree.
I agree too.

In Real Estate
Should info be added about real estate transactions? e.g. I will sell you my house contingent on my finding a house to buy within 90 days. 63.239.69.1 20:40, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
Yes, I viewed this page looking for examples of contingent contracts in real estate specifically. Please add more around this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.15.209.98 (talk) 19:26, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
Random stuff on the page
why is there a rather random note about a computer game on the page? They use the same name, sure, but then again it has little to do with the actual 'meaning' of contingency and contiguous arguments etc etc. I am not sure of the wikipedia format but shouldn't it be under a sub-heading "Trivia" or something like that? 86.133.247.243 (talk) 13:54, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
Contingencies in Behavior Analysis
I'd say get rid of the stuff on contingencies related to D&D from this page, as this is one of the things that helps to undermine the academic standing of wikipedia articles. Yeah, we get a lot of people love that game, but mentioning stuff about it on this page is really not warranted, as it does not really relate in anyway to the meaning of the word "contingency". I'd like a section added here on contingencies in behavioral analysis, and more applied concepts, such as contingency traps and the like. Having that video game stuff here just seems tacky. 134.115.23.103 (talk) 07:55, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
