Reversion
[edit]The 2012 article is a complete misdescription of the doctrine. There are essentially no sources so it is impossible to verify the information or understand why the concept has been so badly misrepresented. It seems to simply be a poor reading of Halsbury. I will revert back to Monday's version unless some explanation or justification is given for keeping it in this sorry state. Catobonus (talk) 14:41, 6 November 2015 (UTC)
