Capital Consumption Allowance should be merged into this page. To the best of my knowledge, the two terms are used interchangeably (it is just that the BEA prefers one, and the UNSA prefers another). For an example of them being used interchangeably, see e.g. II.E.7.b and III.A here [1] (found via Googling "capital consumption allowance" "consumption of fixed capital").
