Impeachment claim
[edit]I added a Template:fact tag to the impeachment claim because it's a pretty bold statement to make with no reference backing it up. Someone should find a source for it, and I'll look for a source myself. Pepsidrinka 02:28, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
- Argeed. Shouldn't DYKs be referenced, as a standard criteria, anyway?-- Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus | talk 04:18, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
I've added a reference.--Carabinieri 04:35, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
Question
[edit]So what does happen when a law is passed and its constitutionality is questioned? Novickas 01:55, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- The law cannot be denounced by the Court, it only cannot be applied after the decision date. Iulius 10:57, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
