This article says "It [i.e. the Constitution as modified in 1974] became defunct in 1990, when Yugoslavia's successor states adopted their own constitutions." The article on Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_People%27s_Republic_of_Yugoslavia) says "In 1992, the two remaining states still committed to a union, Serbia and Montenegro, formed the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which was never recognized as the successor of the SFRY by the international community." What was the status of the Constitution between 1990 and 1992? Did it still govern 'the two remaining states' and if not, what did? thanks.Richardson mcphillips1 (talk) 02:49, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
