Copyright violation
[edit]I believe that the text added by 67.20.160.7 resolves the notability problem; this individual is probably as deserving of an article on Wikipedia as many others.
However, the text added was a violation of copyright from this brochure (PDF) from Heritage Preservation. It cannot be used without documented permission of the copyright owner. It would be better to write an original article.
Please do not restore the infringing material.
